If you enter the venue during the term of your exclusion, you’ll be asked to leave.
The incident will be reported to the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation for investigation, which may result in a fine.
The venue must take reasonable steps to prevent you from entering the venue if you are excluded.
If the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation becomes aware that an exclusion order has been breached, the incident will be investigated and a fine may be issued to the venue.
The venue is required to maintain a register of excluded persons.
